My name is Heidi. My original name is Hadija. It is a Muslim name. my parents are Mr and Mrs Muniko who are Muslim, although they do not practice as intended to, for example praying 5 times a day. But I believe that they do fast almost every Ramadan.
I have a daughter Chanelle Muniko; she is 19 years old. She was born here in England; she is also a Christian and grew in a Christian home.
I became a Christian 17 years ago when my life was out of balance, like most people would, so, I cried out to God during my despair of losing my serenity.
Reasons for my despair
- I was just coming out of 7 years relationship, of which my baby came from.
- I was in a lot of debts, which some were mine and some inherited.
- My solicitor who took care of my Residence status (Visa), lost my passport and he moved offices and I did not know where he was, subsequently, I couldn’t trace him which meant, I was not aware of my citizen status which was very scary.
Life of fear and despair
I was out of options. I did not know whether I was living legally or illegally here in the country. I did not know what was going on with all the visa applications. I was young, gullible, and uninformed. I depended on a solicitor for everything, literally. If you do not know your citizen status, can be a serious issue. It is almost like, every police you see near you are coming to get me and deport me, I was not afraid of deportation, I was afraid of the process that goes with it. I lived in constant fear of the unknown. I did not know where to go whom to talk to. I had to keep it to myself. It was hard.
My Journey Through Christianity
Andrew Womack Ministries
I have been privileged to live under the leadership of my father in Lord Andrew Womack. (Andrew Womack Ministries) for the last 17 years of my Christian life. I knew Andrew through one of his free tapes that I was given by someone; I could not tell you who this person was. All I remember was having Andrew’s teaching tape in my bedroom drawer. I listened to it; it was so good that I ended up ordering more of his teaching tapes. I have been blessed with his teaching ever since. He continued to provide free teachings for me in the form of tapes, cd, DVD without fail until I was able to buy them for myself. Thank you, Andrew’s partners who made this possible for me.
I was privileged to be ordained by Andrew or released for ministry in one of his yearly Faith and Grace Conference back in April 2008 in Warsaw England. I have had a privilege of meeting Andrew face to face a few times where I had the privilege of being prayed and blessed by him. The last time I met him face to face was in May 2019 in Telford England, it was the happiest day of my life.
Mana Ministries-Tanzania
I have also been privileged to be under the leadership of my father in the Lord Mwalimu Christopher Mwakasege. I did not know Mwl. Mwakasege until 2009 when the Holy Spirit gave me his name and instructed me to find him. I asked my sister Asha (now Deborah) Muniko if she knew him, she told me who he was and that he was about to come to England on the same year for his yearly CITE conference. I was privileged to listen to his teaching straight away which my sister gave them to me just before I met him. I had so many questions to ask God, God knew that I would be able to find answers through those tapes. Since then, Mwl has taught me the technical side of prayer. He is so blessed with the Seer anointing which came handy to me. I have met Mwl. Mwakasege face to face at least a few times last time to meet him was last year August 2019. I do not think he remembers me though, but I have been blessed to have known him.
All Nation Christian Centre, Reading-England
Apart from the two strong father figures in my faith, I have also been privileged to live under the leadership of my Pastor Billy Fenning of All Nation Christian Centre. He took me and my daughter in his wing when I was just a little baby in faith and my daughter was only a few months old. We were in the mess spiritually and financially. He nurtured me and my daughter through his Church for 12 years, I am so grateful for my life there.
Brookside Church- Lower Earley-England
After 12 years I had to leave All Nation Christian Centre. It was the Holy Spirit’s idea. I did not know where to go, I decided to visit a few Churches in the area and through God’s help, I ended up in Brookside Church in Lower Earley near where I live.
I am privileged to be under the leadership of my father in the Lord whom I respect and honour, Pastor Steve Prince. A mighty man of God. Through his Church family, God is moulding me and my daughter in the way it pleases Him. I came to Brookside Church when I was still young in my walk with the Lord. I have grown so much ever since I joined the Church. Thank you, Brookside Church.
My Prophetic Roots
Other father/mother figures in my life include those with a prophetic mentor in whom I have learnt a lot through their Prophetic knowledge and wisdom they have accumulated through the years. they are still teaching, imparting, delivering me through their ministries.
These leaders include Wendy Alek of God TV-prophetic stories, Patrician King of– supernatural life, Kenneth Copland-Faith-Believers voice of victory, the late John Paul Jackson-Dreams and Vision, Joni Lamb of -Joni Table Talk which is like having home group every day in your home without making cups of tea and washing up. I am so grateful to God for all these people God has surround me with.
Servanthood
I have been privileged to serve in my community as a Christian for as long as I could remember. I love praying. I love studying God’s words. I love sharing God’s words.
I have been privileged to operate in the gifts of words of knowledge and words of wisdom through the power of the Holy Spirit and encourages me to share the words with whom He wishes.
